Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, undamaged, and with its original packaging whenever possible.

Jewelry boxes, organizers, and accessories must be returned carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@scarlettandco.shop.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue and offer the best solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not be able to accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing parts, or products returned without prior approval.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Scarlett&Co is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
